You can see the Central Austin consumer MLS areas graphically in the image below.  The boundary descriptions are a little hard to figure out because some of them are streets, others are county lines and still others are rivers or zip codes, but the descriptions can be found below the image.
Central Austin consumer MLS regions

Central Austin - Starting from the intersection of FM 2222 and IH35, south to Lady Bird Lake, west to Loop 360, north to 2222 and then back to the start point.

North Central Austin
- From the intersection of Parmer Lane and
FM 620, east on Loop 45 to IH 35, south to west on FM 2222 to north on MoPac Expwy, to east on Parmer Lane and back to the start point.

Northwest Austin
- From the intersection of
FM 620 and Parmer Lane, east on Parmer Lane, south on MoPac Expwy, west on 2222, to north on 620 and back to the start point.

South Austin -
From the intersection of Barton Creek (just east of MoPac) and Lady Bird Lake, east to
IH 35, south to Slaughter Lane, west to MoPac Expwy, north to Barton Creek and back to the start point.

Southwest Austin
- From the intersection Hwy 290 and MoPac, south on MoPac Expwy to Slaughter Lane, east on Slaughter to IH 35, south to the Hays County line, west along the Hays County line to Hwy 290, north on Hwy 290 back to the start point.

West Austin/Westlake
- From the intersection of
Lady Bird Lake and Barton Creek, south to Hwy 290,southwest on 290 to the Hays County line, northwest to Barton Creek, northeast to Zip Code 78738 and the Colorado River and back to the start point.

East Austin
- Starting from the intersection of IH 35 and Parmer Lane, east to Hwy 130, to 290 to 
to Decker Lane to Lindell Lane to Blue Bluff Road to Bloor Road to FM 973 to Gilbert Road to Nez Perce Tract to Decker Lake Road to FM 969 to the Bastrop County line to the Colorado River to IH 35 and back to the start point.

Southeast Austin
- From the intersection of IH 35 and t
he Colorado River, east to the Bastrop County line, south to the Hays County line, west to IH 35, and north back to the start point.
